参芪补肾活血汤辅治骨质疏松性髋部骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪补肾活血汤辅治骨质疏松性髋部骨折(肾虚血瘀型)的效果。方法:100例按简单随机化法分为两组各50例,两组均用手术治疗,治疗组加用参芪补肾活血汤。结果:治疗后两组骨代谢指标BALP、BGP、PICP、PINP均有改善,且治疗组改善更为显著(P<0.05)。血清FGF-2、TGF-B1水平治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。骨折愈合时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:骨质疏松性髋部骨折术后应用参芪补肾活血汤能改善症状,调节骨代谢,促进骨折愈合。Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of osteoporotic hip fracture(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into two groups according to the simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with surgery,and the treatment group were treated with Shenqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction in addition.Results:After treatment,BALP,BGP,PICP and PINP were improved in both groups,and the improvement in the treatment group was more significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum FGF-2 and TGF-B1 in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fracture healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Bushen Huoxue Decoction could improve symptoms,regulate bone metabolism and promote fracture healing after operation of osteoporotic hip fracture.
