逐瘀止崩汤辅治崩漏气虚血瘀证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逐瘀止崩汤辅治崩漏气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:80例随机分为两组各40例,两组均用西医常规治疗,研究组加用逐瘀止崩汤治疗。结果:总有效率研究组较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组月经量评分、中医证候积分较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组FSH、E_(2)、LH水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组月经周期恢复正常时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀止崩汤辅治崩漏气虚血瘀证效果较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyu Zhibeng Decoction in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group were treated with Zhuyu Zhibeng Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual volume score and TCM syndrome score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,E2 and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of menstrual cycle in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhuyu Zhibeng Decoction is effective in treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
