低频脉冲电刺激辅治脑卒中偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察低频脉冲电刺激辅治脑卒中偏瘫的效果。方法:84例用随机数字表法分为两组,两组均用针刺联合常规康复训练,观察组加用低频脉冲电刺激治疗。结果:观察组干预后Fugel-Meyer功能评定量表(FMA)评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分高于对照组而匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组下肢静脉血栓、肌肉萎缩、关节挛缩并发症少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组干预后脑卒中生活质量量表(SS-QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电刺激辅治脑卒中偏瘫可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods:Eighty-four cases were divided into two groups by random number table method.Both groups were treated with acupuncture combined with routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group were treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation in addition.Results:After intervention,the Fugel-Meyer functional assessment scale(FMA)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI)score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complications of lower extremity venous thrombosis,muscle atrophy and joint contracture in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the stroke quality of life scale(SS-QOL)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low frequency pulse electrical stimulation could improve the curative effect of stroke hemiplegia.
