芙蓉膏外敷联合中药熏洗治疗炎性外痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芙蓉膏外敷联合中药熏洗治疗炎性外痔的疗效。方法:60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予以肤痔清软膏外敷治疗,观察组予以芙蓉膏联合中药熏洗治疗。结果:治疗后两组肛门疼痛、水肿和坠胀感评分均下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。总有效率和总满意率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芙蓉膏外敷联合中药熏洗治疗炎性外痔效果较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Furong Ointment combined with Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with external application of Fuzhiqing Ointment,while the observation group were treated with Furong Ointment combined with Chinese herbal fumigation.Results:After treatment,the scores of anal pain,edema and falling sensation in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and total satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Furong Ointment combined with Chinese herbal fumigation is effective in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.
