摘 要:针对现有膀胱配流阀存在的交替启闭时间长和滞后等问题,提出一种新型的形状记忆合金(SMA)弹簧驱动的膀胱配流阀,建立了膀胱配流阀的驱动力模型和有限元仿真模型,通过仿真分析了垫片形状对尿道和输尿管的压闭影响并优化设计了阀芯的结构,搭建模拟实验平台,研究膀胱配流阀的驱动特性、尿流率和逆流量特性及启闭特性。结果表明:利用SMA弹簧驱动刚性阀芯膀胱配流阀的方案可行,且数学模型有效实用,尿道与输尿管交替启闭时间短、无滞后,启闭特性良好,在膀胱压为7 kPa时尿流率大于10 mL/s,尿流率和逆流量特性符合人体尿动力学规律。In view of the problems of long alternating opening and closing time and lag in the existing bladder distribution valve,a new shape memory alloy(SMA)spring-driven bladder distribution valve was proposed.The driving force model and finite element simulation model of the bladder distribution valve were established.The compression and closure impact of the gasket shape on the urethra and ureters was simulated and analyzed,and the structure of the valve core was optimized.A simulation experiment platform was built to experimentally study the driving characteristics,urine rate and reverse flow characteristics and opening and closing characteristics of the bladder distribution valve.The results show that the scheme of SMA spring-driven rigid valve core bladder distribution valve is feasible,the mathematical model is effective and practical,the urethra and ureters alternate opening and closing time is short without lag,and the opening and closing characteristics are good.When the bladder pressure is 7 kPa,the urinary flow rate is greater than 10 mL/s,and the urinary flow rate and reverse flow rate are conform to the laws of human urodynamics.
