摘  要:四川盆地渝西区块Z203井区雷口坡组缺失,导致须家河组-嘉陵江组地层不整合接触,区内井漏频发,其中,Z203H5-2井钻至须家河组发生恶性井漏,采用常规化学方法堵漏34次仍未解决,采用膨胀管技术对漏失井段进行物理封堵,将原井段扩径至满足膨胀管下入的井筒条件后,下入膨胀管至目的井段并开展固井和膨胀作业,通过膨胀管底部水泥密封和顶部悬挂密封确保漏失井段完整封隔。应用表明,膨胀管技术可物理封堵须家河组-嘉二段顶漏失井段,将地层承压能力由1.07g/cm^(3)提高至1.95g/cm^(3)以上,后续钻井作业中未出现井漏复杂并顺利钻至龙马溪组顶中完,最终采用原设计井眼尺寸完井,该技术为处理突发复杂井况并最大限度保留原井眼尺寸提供了有效途径。The lack of Leikoupo Formation in Z203 well area of Yuxi block in the Sichuan Basin has led to unconformable contact in Xujiahe-Jialingjiang Formation,resulting in frequent lost circulation.Among them,severe lost circulation occurred when drilled into Xujiahe Formation in well Z203H5-2.Conventional chemical plugging were used 34 times but failed to solve the problem.Therefore,the expandable tube technology is used to physically plug the drilling fluid loss well section.After expanding the original wellbore section to meet the conditions of the expandable tube,the pipe is inserted into the target section and the cementing and expansion operations are carried out.Through cement sealing at the bottom of the expandable tube and hanging sealing at the top to ensure the complete plugging of the lost well section.The field application shows that the technology can physically plug lost well section of the top Xujiahe Formation to Jia 2 member,and the formation pressure bearing capacity increased from 1.07 g/cm^(3) before plugging to more than 1.95 g/cm^(3) after,and successfully drilled to the top of Longmaxi Formation with no drilling fluid loss occurred,the well was finally completed with the original design hole size.The technology provides an effective way to deal with sudden complexity and retain the original hole size to the maximum extent.
