低渗水敏油藏降压增注体系性能评价——以大庆外围油田M区块为例

摘  要:为解决低渗水敏油藏黏土矿物含量高、注水开发过程中出现水敏伤害而现有的酸化解堵措施效果差的问题,设计了由防膨缩膨剂、表面活性剂、增效剂、互溶剂组成的降压增注体系,具有解除黏土矿物水敏伤害、降低注水压力等特点,评价了该体系的缩膨率、防膨率及耐水洗能力、界面张力等性能。结果表明:该体系对黏土矿物的缩膨率为47.1%,可使已膨胀的黏土矿物脱水并体积收缩恢复原有的渗流通道,解除水敏伤害;对黏土矿物的防膨率为46.3%,且吸附性好,清水冲洗三次后其防膨率仍能达到28.5%,避免后续注水过程中黏土矿物再次水敏伤害,起到对储层长期保护的作用;体系的油水界面张力0.0208mN/m,可使滞留在孔隙中的原油流动,增加有效微孔数,同时还可以使油滴更容易变形通过狭小的喉道,减小渗流阻力,降低注水压力;降压增注体系可使水敏伤害后天然岩心渗透率得到明显提升,岩心渗透率恢复达73.2%;体系整体性能指标可以满足低渗水敏油藏注入井降压增注的需求。In order to solve the problems of high clay mineral content in low permeability water sensitive reservoir,water sensitive damage occurred in the process of water injection,and the effect of existing acid plugging solution is poor,a pressure reducing injection system composed of anti-swelling agent,surfactant,synergist and mutual solvent is designed.It has the characteristics of removing water sensitive damage of clay minerals and reducing water injection pressure.The properties of the system,such as shrinkage and swelling rate,swelling resistance,washable ability and interfacial tension,are evaluated.The experimental result indicated that the system has a shrinkage expansion rate of 47.1% for clay minerals,anti-swelling rate of 46.3%,and after three rounds of water flushing,it still has a anti-swelling rate of 28.5%,which plays a long-term role in reservoir protection.The oil-water interfacial tension of the system is 0.0208 mN/m,which reduces the permeability resistance of low-permeability reservoirs and lowers the injection pressure.The pressure reduction and injection increase system increases the permeability of natural rock cores after water sensitivity damage,with a recovery of 73.2%.The overall performance index of the system can meet the requirement of pressure reduction and injection increase in injection wells of low permeability and water sensitive reservoirs.
