神湾菠萝产业标准体系构建研究

摘　　要：本文简要介绍国家地理标志产品神湾菠萝的产业状况和标准化现状,结合产业向多业态延伸的发展方向,以神湾菠萝全产业链+三产融合发展为导向,围绕神湾菠萝全产业链的种植环境、投入品、栽培种植、生产加工、产品质量、检验检测、销售包装以及品牌建设等环节,建立较全面协调的神湾菠萝产业标准体系,为地理标志产品神湾菠萝的三产融合和全产业链均衡发展提供标准化技术支撑,为推动地方特色产业标准化和规范化提供标准化供给。This paper briefly introduces the industrial and standardization status of Shenwan pineapple,a national geographical indication product.Combined with the development direction of the industry to extend to multiple formats,guided by the development of the whole industry chain and the integration of three industries of Shenwan pineapple,this paper focuses on the planting environment,inputs,cultivation and planting,production and processing,product quality,inspection and testing,sales packaging and brand building of the whole industry chain of Shenwan pineapple,and establishes a more comprehensive and coordinated standards system of Shenwan pineapple industry.It provides standardized technical support for the integration of three industries and the balanced development of the whole industry chain of Shenwan pineapple,and provides standardized supply for promoting the normalization and standardization of local characteristic industries.
