电动汽车充电桩检定过程中相关问题探讨

摘　　要：我国电动汽车产业发展迅速,电动汽车数量急剧增加,电动汽车充电桩作为其配套设施,全国各地也在不断地增加安装数量、扩大安装区域。电动汽车充电桩作为贸易结算的计量器具,已被纳入国家强制检定计量器具目录中,需要技术机构对其进行强制检定,保障其量值准确,维护消费者权益。本文分析了电动汽车充电桩在检定过程中遇到的问题,并对电动汽车充电桩统计抽样检测、远程计量数据采集等方面进行了展望。The electric vehicle industry in China is developing rapidly with sharply increased number of electric vehicles.The electric vehicle charging piles,as supporting facilities,are increased in number with expanded installation area in the whole country.As a kind of measuring instrument for trade settlement,electric vehicle charging piles have been included in the national catalogue of compulsory verification measuring instrument,and they need technical bodies to carry on the compulsory examination,to guarantee accurate quantity value and safeguard consumers’rights and interests.This paper analyzes the problems in the verification of electric vehicle charging piles,and looks forward to the statistical sampling inspection and remote measurement data collection of electric vehicle charging piles.
