摘　　要：目的:探究脉冲磁红外线标准化治疗流程治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔痛综合征疗效。方法:选取淮南东方医院集团总院2023年1月至2024年1月收治的慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔痛综合征患者94例,分为对照组及观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在其基础上加用脉冲磁红外线标准化治疗流程治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效及治疗前后NIH-CPPSI评分、前列腺液sIgA、VCAM-1、IL-8水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者NIH-CPPSI评分、sIgA、VCAM-1、IL-8水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);治疗后,两组患者NIH-CPPSI评分、前列腺液sIgA、VCAM-1、IL-8水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲磁红外线标准化治疗CP/CPPS有助于提高患者治疗疗效,降低患者前列腺液sIgA、VCAM-1、IL8及血清炎性因子水平,改善患者排尿功能。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of pulsed magnetic infrared standardized therapy on chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome.Methods:A total of 94 patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome admitted to Huainan Oriental Hospital Group from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with pulsed magnetic infrared standardized treatment.The therapeutic efficacy,NIH-CPPSI score,prostatic fluid sIgA,VCAM-1 and IL-8 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NIH-CPPSI score,sIgA,VCAM-1 and IL-8 levels between 2 groups(P﹥0.05).After treatment,decreased in both groups,NIH-CPPSI score,prostatic fluid sIgA,and VCAM-1 and IL-8 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulsed magnetic infrared standardized treatment process for CP/CPPS can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,reduce the levels of prostatic fluid sIgA,VCAM-1,IL8 and serum inflammatory factors,and improve the urination function of patients.
