内窥镜辅助在标准假体隆乳术中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨内窥镜辅助在标准假体隆乳术中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年12月至2023年12月在南京东南美容医院行标准假体隆乳术的对象80例,分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用传统隆乳术,观察组采用内窥镜辅助下标准假体隆乳术。比较两组临床指标、应激反应、隆乳效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组手术时间、切口大小、术中出血量、导管留置时间、切口愈合时间各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组E、NE、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组隆乳优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内窥镜辅助下标准假体隆乳术可有效提高手术效果,减轻应激反应,提高隆乳效果,预防并发症的发生。Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic assistance in breast augmentation with standard prosthesis.Methods:From December 2021 to December 2023,80 patients who underwent breast augmentation with standard prosthesis in Nanjing Southeast Beauty Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional breast augmentation,and the observation group received endoscopy-assisted breast augmentation with standard prosthesis.The clinical indexes,stress response,breast augmentation effect and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of operation time,incision size,intraoperative blood loss,catheter retention time and incision healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of E,NE and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of breast augmentation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopy-assisted breast augmentation with standard prosthesis can effectively improve the surgical effect,reduce stress reaction,improve the effect of breast augmentation and prevent complications.
