中医针灸与康复训练结合标准化治疗脑卒中的临床疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:探究在脑卒中临床治疗中应用中医针灸与康复训练结合标准化治疗的效果及对生活质量改善方面的影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2023年12月上海市第一人民医院蚌埠医院收治的60例脑卒中患者,分为对照组与研究组,各30例,对照组采取常规康复治疗,研究组采用中医针灸与康复训练结合标准化治疗,对比两组临床疗效、自理能力恢复情况、神经功能、中医症候积分、生活质量改善情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组自理能力不存在统计学意义(P﹥0.05),治疗后研究组评分更高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组运动功能及神经功能评分对比不存在统计学意义(P﹥0.05),治疗后研究组评分更高(P<0.05)。研究组中医症候积分较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医针灸与康复训练结合标准化治疗对脑卒中患者具有显著的临床治疗效果,既能提高患者自理能力及后期生活质量,又能改善患者神经功能,利于病情恢复,值得推广及应用。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with standardized treatment in the clinical treatment of stroke and its influence on the improvement of quality of life.Methods:Sixty stroke patients admitted to Bengbu Hospital of Shanghai General Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment,while the study group received TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with standardized treatment.The clinical efficacy,self-care ability recovery,nervous function,TCM symptom score and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the self-care ability of the two groups before treatment(P﹥0.05),and the score of the study group after treatment was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in motor function and neural function scores between the two groups before treatment(P﹥0.05),but the scores in the study group after treatment were higher(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM acupuncture and rehabilitation training combined with standardized treatment has a significant clinical effect on stroke patients,which can not only improve patients’self-care ability and quality of life in the later period,but also improve patients’neurological function,which is conducive to the recovery of the disease,and is worthy of promotion and application.
