摘　　要：胸腹主动脉瘤的外科治疗是一种需要多学科协作完成的复杂手术类型。术前需详细检查和评估,选择合适的手术时机,通过必要的手段优化术前重要器官功能;围术期根据病变累及范围选择合适的手术入路和体外循环模式,术中采取必要的策略实施重要脏器功能的监测与保护;术后严密监护管理,早期发现并发症并进行有效、及时处理,是改善预后的有效途径。本文综述胸腹主动脉瘤外科手术围术期管理的研究进展。The surgical treatment of thoraco-abdominal aortic aneurysm(TAAA)requires a unique multidisciplinary approach.A thorough preoperative examination and evaluation are essential to determine the optimal timing for surgery and to optimize organ function as needed.During the perioperative period,excellent surgical skills and an appropriate strategy for extracorporeal circulation will be employed based on the extent of the aneurysm.Additionally,necessary measures will be taken to monitor and protect the functions of vital organs.Close monitoring and management in the postoperative stage,along with early detection of complications and effective treatment,are crucial for improving the prognosis of TAAA surgery.This article reviews the current research progress in the perioperative management of TAAA surgery.
