摘　　要：本文报道1例71岁食管癌合并主动脉瓣重度反流男性患者的治疗。目前关于这类患者的治疗策略存在争议。对于无需行新辅助治疗的老年食管癌患者,为了避免体外循环的风险以及食管肿瘤转移的潜在风险,我们同期成功实施了经导管主动脉瓣植入术和微创三切口胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术(McKeown术)。双微创手术时间共6 h。患者恢复顺利,无手术并发症。A 71-year-old male presented with esophageal cancer and severe aortic valve regurgitation.Treatment strategies for such patients are controversial.Considering the risks of cardiopulmonary bypass and potential esophageal cancer metastasis,we successfully performed transcatheter aortic valve implantation and minimally invasive three-incision thoracolaparoscopy combined with radical resection of esophageal cancer(McKeown)simultaneously in the elderly patient who did not require neoadjuvant treatment.This dual minimally invasive procedure took 6 hours and the patient recovered smoothly without any surgical complications.
