摘　　要：目前,我国在“双碳”核心标准方面已经取得了显著进展,涵盖了碳排放核算、碳足迹评价、碳减排量化等多个方面。同时,山东省作为绿色低碳高质量发展先行区和国家标准化创新发展试点省,以“双碳”目标为引领,在推动绿色低碳高质量发展方面打下了良好基础,积攒了丰富的“山东经验”。本文通过梳理国家层面碳足迹政策及标准化现状,结合调研山东省铝产业应对欧盟碳边境调节机制等国际贸易规则情况,总结铝产业碳足迹标准化现状中的问题,并给出工作建议。Currently,China has made significant progress in core standards for the dual carbon(carbon peak and neutrality)goals,covering various aspects such as carbon emission accounting,carbon footprint assessment,and carbon reduction quantification.Meanwhile,Shandong,as a pilot region for green,low-carbon,and high-quality development and national standardization innovation and development pilot province,has laid a solid foundation and accumulated rich“Shandong experience”in promoting green,low-carbon,and high-quality development under the guidance of the dual carbon goals.This paper reviews the national-level policies of carbon footprints and the standardization status,integrates research on Shandong’s aluminum industry’s response to international trade rules such as the European Union’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism(CBAM),summarizes the issues in the current standardization of carbon footprints in the aluminum industry,and puts forward suggestions.
