清热养阴丸中丹皮酚的研究

摘　　要：清热养阴丸收载于《卫生部药品标准》中药成方制剂第二册,标准编号为:WS-B-0421-90。该标准中只有性状、显微、检查等项目,并没有对处方中的任何药材进行薄层色谱鉴别的研究,另由于该中药制剂组分多,成分复杂,质量标准对于保证制剂的安全有效具有重要的意义。为了进一步完善该标准,更好地控制制剂的质量,提高制剂的安全性,现对处方中的部分药材进行定性研究。方法:运用薄层色谱对清热养阴丸进行定性分析。结论:经实验结果表明,所选薄层色谱条件合理,方法简便易行,专属性强,具有可行性。The Qingre Yangyin pill was included in the second volume of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation in the Drug Standard of Ministry of Health,the standard code is WS-B-0421-90.In this standard,there are only properties,microscopy,inspection and other items,and there is no TLC identification of any medicinal materials in the prescription.Because of the various and complex components of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation,the quality standard is of great significance to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the preparation.In order to further improve the standard,better control the quality of the preparation,and improve the safety of the preparation,qualitative research is carried out on some medicinal materials in the prescription.Methods:TLC was used for qualitative analysis of Qingre Yangyin pills.Conclusion:The experimental results show that the selected TLC method is simple,convenient,and feasible under reasonable conditions.
