摘　　要：萧友梅先生,1884年出生于广东省香山县(今中山市)石岐镇,2024年适逢其140周年诞辰纪念。在其一生中,萧友梅先生为民族解放、社会进步和音乐事业的发展倾注了全部精力。先生逝世后,遗留给亲属的是“别无长物,两袖清风”,对国家和民族则留下了“稀世之宝、满树桃李”。这两笔精神财富体现出了先生的高尚品格、传奇经历以及对社会的巨大贡献,使得后世对其备加敬仰。Xiao Youmei was born in Shiqi town,Xiangshan County(now Zhongshan City),Guangdong Province,in 1884.Year 2024 marks the 140th anniversary of his birth.During his lifetime,Xiao Youmei dedicated himself entirely to promoting national liberation,social progress,and music development.After Xiao passed away,he bequeathed to his family"nothing but upright character"and to the country and the Chinese nation"rare treasures and numerous outstanding students."These two spiritual treasures reflect his noble character,legendary life,and significant contributions to society,which have earned him high reputation from later generations.
