摘 要:拱坝运行期受温度荷载影响较大,坝身交通井内部空腔较多,空腔壁受坝体内部温度场作用下的应力分布较为复杂,其配筋计算是拱坝设计中较难处理的问题之一。以杨房沟水电站混凝土拱坝交通井为例,采用ANSYS有限元子模型法,在对拱坝整体建模分析获取坝段位移边界的基础上,建立交通井坝段细部三维有限元模型,分析交通井子模型温度场,并将结果作为体荷载施加到应力计算模型中,分析运行期温降与温升工况下,交通井各段内部受力状态及分布规律。结果表明:大多数位置温升工况拉应力大于温降工况,空腔壁周边水平向拉应力较大,竖向拉应力较小。交通井井体位于半坝内、半坝外位置的高程段时,空腔壁拉应力明显增大,在结构配筋设计时需引起注意。研究结果可为类似拱坝交通井空腔结构设计提供参考。Arch dam is greatly influenced by temperature load during operation.There are many cavities in the transportation shaft of the dam body.Under the action of internal temperature field of dam body, the stress distribution of the cavity wall is complex, so the calculation of reinforcement is one of the difficulties in the design process of arch dam.Taking the transportation shaft of Yangfanggou Hydropower Station concrete arch dam as an example, based on ANSYS finite element sub-model method, the entire three-dimensional finite element model of arch dam was established to obtain the displacement boundary values of the dam section.The detailed three-dimensional finite element model of transportation shaft dam section was established to calculate the thermal field, and the results were loaded to calculate stress field.The internal stress distribution of each section in transportation shaft was analyzed under the temperature drop and rise conditions during operation.The results showed that the tensile stress under temperature rise condition was greater than that under temperature drop condition at most positions.When the transportation shaft body was located at the elevation section of half inside and half outside the dam, the tensile stress of the cavity wall increased significantly, which needed to be noted in the structural reinforcement design.The research results can provide a reference for the design of cavity structure of similar arch dam communication well.
