云南程海湖最低生态水位分析与预测

摘  要:近年来,受到降水与蒸发量变化、引调水工程建设以及工农业生产生活用水等多个方面影响,云南省程海湖流域出现生态水量缺乏、湖泊水位持续下降以及水资源承载力不足等问题。基于此,开展了程海湖最低生态水位分析与预测研究。基于程海湖河口水文站1985~2021年实测水位数据,采用最低年平均水位法、天然水位资料法、湖泊形态数据法对程海湖历史水位演变进行综合分析,得到程海湖现阶段最低生态水位为1495.43 m。并以未来程海湖水位恢复法定最低水位的年份为界,计算确定了1499.20 m为程海湖最低生态水位。根据生态水位计算结果和程海湖已建、在建的引、调水工程补水量,预测程海湖未来恢复法定最低生态水位年份为2025年。研究成果将为程海湖生态系统的修复、湖区治理与保护、合理开发利用流域水资源以及推进高原湖泊综合治理与保护提供参考。In recent years,factors such as changes in precipitation and evaporation in Chenghai Lake Basin of Yunnan Province,the construction of water diversion projects,and water use for industrial,agricultural,and domestic purposes had led to issues such as ecological water shortages,continuous decline in lake water levels,and insufficient water resource carrying capacity.We analyzed and predicted the lowest ecological water level of Chenghai Lake.Based on measured water level data from Hekou Street Hydrological Station from 1985 to 2021,a comprehensive analysis of historical water level evolution was carried out by using the minimum annual average water level method,natural water level data method and lake morphology data method.The results showed that the current lowest ecological water level of Chenghai Lake was 1495.43 m.Taking the year in which Chenghai Lake′s water level was restored to its legally defined minimum level as the boundary,the lowest ecological water level was determined to be 1499.20 m.Based on the ecological water level calculation results and the water supplementation volume of completed and ongoing water diversion projects,it is predicted that Chenghai Lake will restore its legally defined lowest ecological water level by 2025.The research findings can provide a reference for the restoration of Chenghai Lake′s ecosystem,the management and protection of the lake area,the rational development and utilization of basin water resources,and the advancement of comprehensive management and protection of plateau lakes.
