摘　　要：1945-1949年的政治变局中,无锡商会会长钱孙卿的心态和抉择不可避免地呈动态演进之势,并深刻地影响了当地工商群体在1949年的抉择。通过对无锡档案馆藏的无锡商会档案和钱氏的年谱分析发现,1946年钱孙卿回到无锡复任商会会长,继续以“商民保姆”的姿态帮助工商业恢复生产,申请减税,调解劳资矛盾。由于他积极协调官商矛盾,无锡经济曾迎来短暂的机遇。然而,随着国民常统制经济的强化,钱孙卿与国民党政权的隔阂与矛盾加剧。最终,1948年末钱孙卿选择抛弃国民党政权,留在家乡迎接解放。探究战后商会会长钱孙卿的应对与抉择,有助于我们观察政治变局中地方工商群体与政府权力间的张力与关系,也为探讨中华人民共和国政权建立后,政府与工商领袖、工商组织的互动提供了基础。Amid the political upheaval of 1945-1949,the mindset and decisions of Qian Sunqing,president of the Wuxi Chamber of Commerce,underwent a dynamic evolution that profoundly influenced the choices made by the local industrial and commercial community in 1949.Analyzing the archives of the Wuxi Chamber of Commerce housed at the Wuxi Archives and Qian's chronological records reveals that Qian returned to Wuxi in 1946 to resume his role as chamber president.He continued to act as a guardian of merchants,assisting industrial and commercial enterprises in resuming production,applying for tax reductions,and mediating labor disputes.His active efforts to reconcile tensions between government and business briefly revitalized the Wuxi economy.However,as the Kuomintang(KMT)government intensified its economic control,Qian's relationship with the regime became increasingly strained.Ultimately,at the end of 1948,Qian chose to abandon the KMT regime and remain in his hometown to welcome liberation.Examining Qian Sunqing's responses and decisions as president of the Chamber of Commerce in the postwar period offers insights into the tensions and dynamics between local industrial and commercial groups and governmental power during political transitions.It also lays a foundation for exploring the interactions between the newly established People's Republic of China government and business leaders or organizations.
