摘 要:研究了6种增塑剂产品(DOP、DIDP、DINP、DIOP、DOTP、TOTM)及其用量对PVC电缆料体积电阻率的影响。结果表明:随着增塑剂在原料中占比的提高,PVC电缆料的体积电阻率呈下降趋势;DOTP与TOTM增塑剂对提高体积电阻率的效果最优,DOP、DIDP、DINP、DIOP 4种增塑剂对体积电阻率的提升效果存在明显差距;在电石法PVC和乙烯法PVC这两种材料中,乙烯法PVC有利于提高PVC电缆料的体积电阻率。The effects of six types of plasticizer(DOP,DIDP,DINP,DIOP,DOTP,TOTM)and their dosages on the volume resistivity of PVC cable materials were studied.The results showed that with the increase in the proportion of plasticizers in the raw materials,the volume resistivity of PVC cable materials showed a decreasing trend.DOTP and TOTM plasticizers had the best effect on increasing the volume resistivity,whereas there was a significant difference for DOP,DIDP,DINP and DIOP plasticizers.Among the two materials,calcium carbide process PVC and ethylene process PVC,ethylene process PVC was beneficial for improving the volume resistivity of PVC cable materials.
