摘 要:以30万t/a PVC装置为主要对象,对工艺技术进行了优化和改进,以解决VCM精馏尾气流量大且波动频繁、变压吸附装置排放不达标以及单体脱水再生气压力不同难回收的问题。在实际生产运行过程中,VCM精馏系统运行稳定,尾气产生量明显减少,变压吸附系统物料气回收率高,尾气排放达标,周围环境得到了改善,经济和社会效果显著,保障了PVC装置系统的稳定运行。Focusing on a 300 kt/a PVC plant,the process technology was optimized and improved to address issues such as high flow rate of VCM distillation tail gas,frequent fluctuation of flow rate,unqualified emissions from pressure swing adsorption unit,and difficult recovery of VCM dehydration regeneration gas at different pressure.In the actual production and operation process,the VCM distillation system run stably,the amount of tail gas generated was significantly reduced,the material gas recovery rate of the pressure swing adsorption system was high,the tail gas emissions met the standards,the surrounding environment was improved,and the economic and social effects were significant,ensuring the stable operation of the PVC plant system.
