摘　　要：决策支持系统可为护理人员提供更全面的信息支持,辅助其做出科学、精准的决策,且有助于提升危重症新生儿的护理质量,改善健康结局。文章介绍了决策支持系统的概念及其在危重症新生儿护理领域的应用现状,包括营养支持、用药安全、病情监测、护理记录和健康教育,并分析国内护理人员在决策支持系统开发和应用等环节存在的主要障碍及对策,旨在为开发更专业化、系统化的新生儿全程护理决策支持系统提供参考。The utilization of Decision Support Systems(DSS)by nursing staff offers comprehensive information support,assisting in making precise and evidence-based decisions.This can significantly improve the quality of care provided to critically ill neonates and enhance their health outcomes.This article introduces the concept of DSS and explores its current applications in neonatal critical care,including areas such as nutritional support,medication safety,condition monitoring,nursing documentation,and health education.Additionally,it analyzes the barriers encountered by domestic nursing personnel in the development and implementation of DSS and suggests potential solutions,so as to provide insights for the creation of more specialized and systematic decision support systems for neonatal care.
