摘　　要：文章主要介绍了铝合金水平连铸原理,综述了铝合金水平连铸技术研究现状,主要包括电磁场技术、HCCM技术、超声技术和变质处理技术在铸造成型中的应用,以及现阶段关于铝合金水平连铸工艺参数的研究现状。重点阐述了电磁场在铝合金凝固过程中的细化机制。最后,对铝合金水平铸造的发展方向进行了展望。This paper introduces the principle of horizontal continuous casting of aluminum alloy,summarizes the research status of horizontal continuous casting technology of aluminum alloy,including the application of electromagnetic field technology,HCCM technology,ultrasonic technology and metamorphic treatment technology in casting molding,and the current research status of the technological parameters of horizontal continuous casting of aluminum alloy.The thinning mechanism of electromagnetic field in the solidification process of aluminum alloy is emphasized.Finally,the development direction of aluminum alloy horizontal casting is prospected.
