摘 要:对AZ61镁合金热轧板材经退火处理的静态再结晶过程进行动力学分析。结果表明,AZ61镁合金再结晶晶粒分数和退火时间的关系可以通过JMAK方程描述,经计算可知,AZ61镁合金在250℃以上退火时可发生静态再结晶,其再结晶激活能范围为23.1~33.7 kJ/mol;退火温度在250℃、300℃、350℃和400℃时,再结晶完成时间分别为240 min左右、122~150.9 min、69.2~102.3 min和42.6~73.4 min。同时,通过计算可得到AZ61镁合金再结晶动力学曲线,并结合力学性能测试结果,可为AZ61镁合金退火处理工艺的制定提供参考。In this paper,the dynamic analysis of static recrystallization process of AZ61 magnesium alloy sheet after annealing treatment is carried out.The result shows that the relationship between recrystallization grain fraction and annealing time of AZ61 magnesium alloy can be described by JMAK equation.It has been calculated that static recrystallization of AZ61 magnesium alloy can occur when the annealing temperature is above 250℃,and the recrystallization activation energy ranges from 23.1 to 33.7kJ/mol.When the annealing temperature is 250℃,300℃,350℃and 400℃,the recrystallization completion time is about 240 min,122~150.9 min,69.2~102.3min and 42.6~73.4 min.At the same time,the recrystallization kinetics curves of AZ61 magnesium alloy can be obtained by calculation,and combined with the test results of mechanical properties,it can provide a reference for the development of AZ61 magnesium alloy annealing process.
