摘 要:采用高真空电子束炉熔炼四次获得RRR值大于400的高纯铌铸锭,研究了熔炼次数对其化学成分、硬度和RRR值的影响规律。结果表明,经一次电子束熔炼后,间隙杂质元素(C、H、O和N)的含量急剧减少,饱和蒸气压较高的Ti、Fe、Si和Ni金属杂质元素熔炼过程中几乎都能挥发去除,其去除率均可达到95%以上。饱和蒸气压略高于Nb的Mo元素,经四次熔炼后,铸锭上部和下部Mo元素的去除率分别为52.4%%和61.9%。饱和蒸气压较小的W和Ta杂质元素含量随着熔炼次数的增加而提高,经四次熔炼后铸锭上部W元素和Ta元素含量分别增加了78.6%和54.2%,铸锭下部W元素和Ta元素含量分别增加了78.6%和45.8%。此外,随着熔炼次数的增加,铸锭的硬度逐渐减小,RRR值逐渐增加,经四次熔炼后,铸锭上部和下部的RRR值分别达到412和418,完全满足后续生产RRR值大于300的高纯铌板材的需求。In this paper,high purity niobium ingot with RRR value greater than 400 is obtained by high vacuum electron beam furnace melting for four times.The influence of melting times on the chemical composition,hardness and RRR value was studied.The results show that the contents of interstice impurity elements(C、H、O and N)decrease sharply after a single electron beam melting,and the impurity elements of Ti,Fe,Si and Ni with high saturated vapor pressure can be almost volatilized during the melting process,and the removal rate can reach more than 95%.The removal rates of Mo element with a slightly higher saturated vapor pressure than Nb are 52.4%and 61.9%in the upper and lower parts of the ingot after four times of melting.The contents of W and Ta metallic impurity elements with lower saturated vapor pressure increase with the increase of melting times.After four times of melting,the contents of W and Ta elements in the upper part of the ingot increase by 78.6%and 54.2%,and the contents of W and Ta elements in the lower part of the ingot increase by 78.6%and 45.8%,respectively.In addition,with the increase of melting times,the hardness of the ingot decreases gradually,and the RRR value increases gradually.After four times of melting,the RRR values of the upper and lower parts of the ingot reach 412 and 418,respectively,which fully meet the demand of subsequent production of high purity Niobium plate with RRR value greater than 300.
