摘　　要：骨髓炎是小儿最常见的感染性疾病之一,目前国内外已制定了有关的专家共识与指南,但针对骨髓炎的实验室检查、影像检查、脓液病原培养以及对凝血功能的影响仍需更多研究的进一步探索。基于此,笔者就专家共识与指南中的相关问题结合自身工作经验作一探讨,旨在为临床医师提供参考。Osteomyelitis is one of the most common infectious diseases in pediatric patients,and relevant expert consensus and guidelines have been formulated at home and abroad.However,more research is needed to further explore the laboratory tests,imaging tests,pus pathogen culturing,and the effect on coagulation of osteomyelitis.Based on this,authors discuss the related issues in the expert consensus and guidelines with their working experience,aiming to provide reference for clinicians.
