摘 要:骨关节炎(OA)是临床常见的退行性病变之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。OA的病理机制复杂,目前对OA的治疗手段多为对症治疗,无法从根本上解决问题。近年研究发现,铁死亡和OA的发生发展密切相关,具有重要的调控作用。铁死亡的主要特征包括铁过载和脂质过氧化,两者共同发生能推动OA的进展。目前,结合铁死亡这一生物特征并以此作为靶点治疗OA,取得了阶段性成果。基于此,笔者就近几年铁死亡在OA中的作用机制和相关治疗的研究进展做一综述,以期为OA的临床研究和基础科研提供依据。Osteoarthritis(OA)is one of the common clinical degenerative diseases,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The pathological mechanism of OA is complex,and most of the current treatments for OA are symptomatic,which cannot solve the problem fundamentally.Recent studies have found that ferroptosis is closely related to the development and progression of OA,and has an important regulatory role.The main features of ferroptosis include iron overload and lipid peroxidation,both of which together can promote the progression of OA.Currently,combining this biological feature of ferroptosis and using it as a target to treat OA has achieved milestones.Based on this,authors summarize the research progress on the mechanism of ferroptosis in OA and related therapies in recent years,with a view to providing a basis for clinical research and basic scientific research on OA.
