摘  要:将橡胶衬里材料(天然橡胶/氯丁橡胶混合橡胶)浸入天然的海水中,在120℃条件下进行老化实验,对不同老化时间的试样进行力学性能、硬度等测试,采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜等手段分析材料的结构。结果表明,随着老化时间的增加,橡胶拉伸强度、弹性模量、断裂伸长率都呈现减少的趋势,拉伸性能存在一个缓台,在未达到特征老化时间的老化初期拉伸强度等性能略有提升,平衡点过后拉伸性能下降。当老化到312 h(13 d)时拉伸强度降低到原来的50%以下。橡胶的硬度随老化时间的延长而减小。随着老化时间的延长,主链发生断裂,双键含量减少,橡胶的微孔和微裂纹增多,橡胶与填料间的相互作用减弱,橡胶基体发生老化。The rubber lining material(natural rubber/chloroprene rubber blend) was immersed in natural seawater and subjected to an aging test at 120 ℃.The mechanical properties of the samples with different aging times were tested,and the structure of the material was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The experimental results showed that,the tensile strength,elastic modulus,and elongation at break of the rubber all decreased,as the aging time incresed.Moreover,a slow plateau in the tensile properties was found.In the initial aging period before the characteristic aging time was reached,the tensile strength and other properties were slightly improved,and the tensile properties decreased after the equilibrium point.When aged to 312 hours(13 days),the tensile strength was reduced to less than 50% of the original.The hardness of the rubber was decreased with the extension of aging time.With the extension of aging time,the main chain was broken,the double bond content was decreased,the micropores and microcracks of the rubber increased,the interaction between the rubber and the filler weakened,and the rubber matrix aged.
