摘 要:研究了古马隆树脂用量对丁腈橡胶(NBR)黏合性能、物理机械性能和耐介质性能的影响,结果表明,随着古马隆树脂用量的增加,NBR混炼胶的工艺正硫化时间(t_(90))略有下降,同时M_(H)-M_(L)值和门尼黏度也不断降低,表明古马隆树脂提高了混炼胶的流动性。古马隆树脂对混炼胶的自黏力提升效果明显,添加10份(质量份,下同)时自黏力提高71%。硫化胶拉伸强度整体变化不大,拉断伸长率逐渐增加,100%定伸应力、300%定伸应力和邵尔A硬度整体降低,压缩永久变形率逐渐增加,10份时最大。树脂填充6份时硫化胶耐油性能和耐热空气老化性能好。胶料的疲劳温升、压缩变形率和动静刚度比随树脂含量增加逐渐提高。The effect of the dosage of gumarone resin on the adhesive properties,physical and mechanical properties and media resistance of nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) was investigated,and the results showed that the t_(90)of NBR compounding rubber decreased slightly with the increase of the dosage of gumarone resin,while the M_(H)-M_(L) value and the Mooney viscosity decreased continuously,which indicated that the gumarone resin improved the fluidity of the compounding rubber.The effect of gumarone resin on the self-adhesive strength of the compound was obvious,and the self-adhesive strength was increased by 71% with the addition of 10 parts.The overall tensile strength of vulcanized rubber didn't change much,the elongation at break increased gradually,the 100% constant tensile stress,300% constant tensile stress and Shore A hardness decreased,and the compression set increased gradually,and the maximum was at 10 parts.Resin filling 6 parts of the vulcanized rubber oil resistance and heat air aging resistance performance was good.The fatigue temperature rose,compressive deformation rate and static and dynamic stiffness ratio of the rubber gradually increased with the increase of resin content.
