摘 要:采用两种不同的塑炼方案,比较了塑炼工艺对不同黏度和不同极性的天然橡胶/溴化丁基橡胶(NR/BIIR)并用胶料性能的影响。通过研究发现,不同的塑炼工艺对胶料的流动性、交联程度、硫化性能几乎没有影响。在拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、剪切模量、170%阻尼比、水平等效刚度等方面,不经过专门的塑炼和停放工序的胶料性能更好;在硬度、撕裂强度、剥离强度方面,经过专门塑炼和停放工序的胶料与不经过专门塑炼和停放工序的胶料性能相当;耐热氧性方面,经过专门塑炼和停放工序的胶料耐热氧性稍好。从能耗和胶料性能方面考虑,在保证混合均匀的前提下,不经过专门塑炼和停放工序的胶料工艺性能和物理机械性能更佳。This study used two different plasticizing schemes to compare the effects of plasticizing processes on the properties of NR/BIIR blends with different viscosities and polarities.Through research,it is found that different molding processes have almost no effect on the flowability,crosslinking degree,and vulcanization performance of the rubber compound.In terms of tensile strength,100% constant elongation stress,shear modulus,170% damping ratio,and horizontal equivalent stiffness,the performance of the rubber without specialized molding and parking processes is better;In terms of hardness,tear strength,and peel strength,the performance of rubber materials that have undergone specialized molding and parking processes is equivalent to that of rubber materials that have not undergone specialized molding and parking processes;In terms of heat and oxygen resistance,the rubber material that has undergone specialized molding and parking processes has slightly better heat and oxygen resistance.From the perspective of energy consumption and rubber performance,while ensuring uniform mixing,rubber without specialized molding and parking processes has better technological and physical mechanical properties.
