摘 要:为了提升老年人生活的舒适性与安全性,研究木塑材料在适老化家居环境中的应用。使用木粉树脂等材料制备木塑材料,分析适老化家居环境使用人群的特点,家居设计需求与设计定位,设计出适老化家居环境空间。使用试验测试,该空间的木塑材料在不同木粉粒径下的力学性能,并且检测不同木粉用量下,木塑材料在该空间的耐水性。经过检测发现,应用在该空间的木塑材料,粒径为150μm时,材料的拉伸强度与抗弯强度更好,能提升适老化家居环境空间安全性。增加木粉用量会提升材料的吸水率,导致材料耐水冲击强度降低,但是洗水后,材料冲击强度变化不大,适合适老化家居环境空间使用。In order to improve the comfort and safety of elderly life,the application of wood plastic materials in aging friendly home environments is studied.The study includes using wood powder resin and other materials to prepare wood plastic materials,analyzing the characteristics of users in aging friendly home environments,home design needs and positioning,and designing aging friendly home environment spaces.We conduct experimental tests to evaluate the mechanical properties of the wood plastic materials in this space under different wood powder particle sizes,and test the water resistance of the wood plastic materials in this space under different amounts of wood powder.After testing,it is found that when the particle size of the wood plastic material used in the space is 150 μm,the tensile strength and bending strength of the material are better,which can improve the safety of the aging friendly home environment space.Increasing the amount of wood powder can improve the water absorption of the material,leading to a decrease in its water resistance and impact strength.However,after washing,the impact strength of the material does not change much,making it suitable for use in aging home environments.
