摘 要:目的探讨虚拟现实技术(virtual reality,VR)结合情境模拟健康教育在老年患者无痛胃镜检查前的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取陕西省某三级甲等医院2023年1月—2023年10月接受无痛胃镜检查的老年患者,按随机数字法分为试验组与对照组,每组90例。试验组接受VR结合情境模拟健康教育,对照组接受常规健康教育,比较两组干预前后焦虑评分、心率、血压、无痛胃镜体位安置时间、一次成功率及医生对患者配合能力的评价。结果干预后,试验组焦虑评分、血压、无痛胃镜体位安置时间及一次成功率、医生对患者配合能力的评价结果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VR结合情境模拟健康教育方法可有效减轻老年患者的焦虑情绪,提升其对无痛胃镜检查的理解和遵医行为,确保检查的顺利进行。Objective To explore the application effect of Virtual Reality(VR)technology combined with scenario simulation health education in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.Methods A total of 180 elderly patients(≥65 years old)who underwent painless gastroscopy in a tertiary hospital in Shaanxi Province from January 2023 to October 2023 were selected by convenience sampling method.They were randomly divided into trial group and control group with 90 cases in each group.The experimental group accepted VR scene simulation health education,while the control group accepted routine health education.The anxiety scores,heart rates,blood pressures,positioning time for painless gastroscopy,first-time success rates,and doctors'evaluations of patients'cooperation abilities were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the experimental group showed lower anxiety scores,blood pressure,and positioning time for painless gastroscopy compared to the control group.Additionally,the first-time success rate for painless positioning and doctors'evaluations of patients'cooperation abilities were higher in the experimental group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of combining VR with situational simulation health education can effectively alleviates anxiety in elderly patients,enhances their understanding of painless gastroscopy,and improves compliance with medical advice,ensuring the smooth conduct of the examination.
