摘 要:鉴于传统数据情报侦查决策中存在情报决策价值需求的偏好选择性、情报指标权重确定的依赖性、关联规则构建的动态复杂性等突出问题,引入模糊数据循证情报侦查决策研究范式。以模糊数据循证情报侦查决策的内涵与属性为研究逻辑起点,构建模糊数据循证情报侦查决策的流程模型,提出模糊数据循证情报侦查决策的评价指标体系,探讨模糊数据循证情报侦查决策的应用方法。这不仅能够提升对模糊数据情报源资源配置的优化性和噪声数据干扰的容忍性,而且还能够提高犯罪行为与非犯罪行为数据关联规则预置和数据频繁项目聚类仓库构建的鲁棒性,创新和拓展数据循证情报侦查决策的新模式,从而实现模糊数据循证情报侦查决策的应然价值。There are numerous problems existing in intelligence investigation decision-making using traditional data.For instance,the value requirements of intelligence decision-making have a preference for selectivity,the determination of intelligence indicators'weights has a dependency,and the construction of association rules has dynamic complexity.Therefore,we have introduced a new research paradigm,which aims to make evidence-based intelligence investigation decisions by using fuzzy data.Taking the connotation and attributes of this new intelligence investigation decision-making pattern as the logical starting point of our research,we endeavor to construct a process model for evidence-based intelligence investigation decision-making using fuzzy data,propose a new evaluation index system,and explore the specific methods in this regard.In this way,the optimization of resource allocation for fuzzy-data-based intelligence sources and the tolerance to noise data interference can be enhanced,the robustness of data association rules preset between criminal behaviors and non-criminal behaviors and the construction of data frequent item clustering warehouse can be improved,and the new mode of evidence-based intelligence investigation decision-making using data can be innovated and expanded,thereby realizing the inherent value of this intelligence investigation decision-making mode.
