摘 要:提出了一种器件非同步并联三电平有源中点箝位(3L-ANPC)软开关变流器拓扑,该拓扑外侧和箝位侧开关器件工作在工频;内侧高频开关器件采用两个器件并联分别经两个差模电感输出,在重载时两个器件工作在同步运行状态共同承担负载电流,在轻载时通过非同步时序控制在差模电感间产生矩形环流,使得差模电感与器件寄生电容发生谐振,为高频器件创造出零电压开通(ZVS)条件,降低开关损耗和开关应力。本文首先介绍该变流器的拓扑构成和软开关换流过程,给出差模电感的设计方法和非同步并联器件的控制时序,然后通过10 kW单相实验平台验证了提出的软开关拓扑可以在轻载条件下有效改善变流器效率。A three-level active neutral point clamped(3L-ANPC)zero-voltage soft-switching converter topology based on asynchronous shunt devices is proposed,wherein the outer and clamp-side switching devices operate at the indus-trial frequency.The inner high-frequency switching devices are arranged in parallel and connected to two differential-mode inductors,respectively.During heavy load conditions,both devices operate synchronously to jointly carry the load current.In light load conditions,asynchronous timing control is utilized to generate rectangular circulating currents be-tween the differential-mode inductors,which resonates with the device’s parasitic capacitance,creating a zero voltage switching(ZVS)condition for the high-frequency devices,thereby reducing switching losses and stress.The topology structure and the soft-switching commutation process of the converter is presented,the control timing for the asyn-chronous parallel devices is outlined,and the design method for the differential-mode inductors is described.The pro-posed soft-switching topology’s capability to effectively enhance converter efficiency under light load conditions is then verified through a 10 kW single-phase experimental platform.
