摘 要:在高渗透率光伏电网环境下,硬件在环(HIL)仿真已成为光伏逆变器并网前测试的重要工具。但由于工作于高速开关频率光伏逆变器的存在,在实时仿真系统上正确再现光伏发电系统的性能是行业挑战。本文对如何利用实时数字仿真(RTDS)平台准确模拟光伏组件、光伏方阵以及电网环境进行了研究。采用改进触发脉冲和多步长实时仿真技术来应对高开关频率逆变器带来的挑战,采用高速并行模拟和数字I/O接口技术实现控制器和硬件控制单元间的高速通信。最后根据国标要求对实际光伏逆变器进行了HIL测试,验证了本文采用的多项仿真建模技术,同时也验证了所研究光伏发电系统的电气性能。Under the grid environment of highly penetrated photovoltaic,hardware-in-loop(HIL)simulation has beco-me a powerful tool for verifying the performance of photovoltaic inverter before being implemented in actual projects.However,due to the high switching frequency of photovoltaic inverters,correct representation of the photovoltaic power generation system using real-time simulation system is often a challenge.How to accurately simulate photovoltaic cells,photovoltaic arrays and the grid environment using the real-time digital simulation(RTDS)platform is investigated.Im-proved firing pulse and multi-step real-time simulation technologies are adopted to take full consideration of the high switching frequency inverters.High efficient communications between controllers and hardware control units are ac-hieved by using high-speed parallel analogue and digital I/O ports.Finally,the HIL test of an actual photovoltaic in-verter is carried out according to the requirements of China national standard,which verifies multiple simulation mod-eling techniques,as well as the electrical performance of the studied photovoltaic power generation system.
