交叉学科建设如何从“存续”走向“升级”?——基于115个“双一流”建设高校典型案例的文本分析

摘  要:“双一流”建设高校作为推动学科交叉融合的高水平研究型大学群体,其在首轮建设成效评价中遴选出的典型案例具有高度代表性和重要指向性。加快推进高校交叉学科建设的教育贡献,是服务国家创新驱动发展战略的关键路径。以115个交叉学科建设的典型案例为样本,借助文本挖掘工具开展文本分析,研究发现:“双一流”建设高校逐渐形成了交叉学科集群式发展模式、项目化引领的有组织科研管理模式,并有效依托多类型跨学科平台建设等共性聚焦;同时,不同类型院校在交叉学科建设过程中存在特征差异。在此基础上,构建形成了内生动力、靶向育人、资源整合、组织保障和服务贡献五维高质量发展机制。据此,建议扩大增量资源投入,为交叉学科高质量发展提供基础性支撑;根据高校特色优势分类建设,形成交叉学科高质量发展的合力;冲破传统体制机制障碍,加快构建交叉学科高质量发展的新机制。As a high-level research-oriented university group that promotes interdisciplinaryintegration,the“Double First-class”universities selected and provided typical cases in the first round ofconstruction effectiveness evaluation have high representativeness and important directionality.Acceleratingthe construction of interdisciplinary education in universities is a key path to serving the national innovationdriven development strategy.Using 115 typical cases of interdisciplinary construction as samples and textmining tools for text analysis,the study found that“Double First-class”universities have gradually formedinterdisciplinary cluster development models,project-based organized scientific research managementmodels,and effectively relied on common focuses such as the construction of multiple types ofinterdisciplinary platforms;meanwhile,there are differences in the characteristics of interdisciplinaryconstruction among different types of universities.On this basis,a five dimensional high-qualitydevelopment mechanism has been established,including endogenous driving force,targeted education,resource integration,organizational guarantee,and service contribution.Based on this,it is suggested toexpand the investment of incremental resources to provide fundamental support for the high-qualitydevelopment of interdisciplinary fields;classify and construct based on the unique advantages of universities,forming a joint force for high-quality interdisciplinary development;breaking through traditional institutionalbarriers and accelerating the construction of a new mechanism for high-quality interdisciplinarydevelopment.
