摘　　要：尽管所有污名应对路径都旨在反抗污名化,但不同路径在社交媒体中对旁观公众的态度影响却各异。本研究采用2(污名类型:身体污名/个性污名)7(污名应对路径:重新聚焦/最小化/价值超越/简单否认/攻击谴责者/提供证据/逻辑谬误)的实验设计,探究不同污名应对路径对在线社会支持度的影响。研究发现:(1)减少冒犯性的污名应对路径在在线社会支持度上普遍高于否认类路径。(2)不同污名应对路径对在线社会支持度的影响不会因污名类型而异。(3)信息有效性在重新聚焦、最小化、价值超越和逻辑谬误4种污名应对路径与在线社会支持度之间起独立中介作用,并且与共情关注在这4种路径和在线社会支持度之间形成链式中介作用。文章不仅在理论层面实证拓展了污名应对理论的反污名化效果,在实践层面上也为政策制定者和社交媒体平台在制定污名现象干预措施时提供了科学建议。Although all stigma management strategies aim to counteract stigmatization,their influence on the perceptions of the general public on social media varies.This study employs a 2(stigma type:body stigma/character stigma)*7(stigma management strategies:refocusing/minimizing/value transcendence/simple denial/discrediting condemners/providing evidence/highlighting logical fallacy)experimental design to investigate the impact of different stigma management strategies on online social support.The research finds:(1)Stigma management strategies that reducing offensiveness are generally more effective in gaining online social support than denial-based strategies.(2)The influence of different stigma management strategies on online social support is not affected by the type of stigma.(3)The perceived effectiveness of message acts as an independent mediator between the stigma management strategies of refocusing,minimizing,value transcendence,and logical fallacy,and online social support,and it forms a chain mediating effect with empathy concern between these four strategies and online social support.The paper not only extends the understanding of the anti-stigmatization effects of stigma management theory at the theoretical level but also offers practical recommendations for policymakers and social media platforms in developing interventions for stigmatization.
