摘 要:目的 分析2017—2023年湖州市学校传染病突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,为采取针对性防控措施提供依据。方法 收集和整理2017—2023年上报且已结案的学校传染病突发公共卫生事件数据资料,采用描述流行病学方法分析流行特征。结果 2017—2023年湖州市共报告学校传染病突发公共卫生事件87起,报告发病3 534例,波及121 562人,罹患率为2.91%,其中流行性感冒36起(3.00%),水痘15起(2.60%),其他感染性腹泻病32起(3.07%),手足口病3起(2.23%),急性出血性结膜炎1起(0.49%),5个病种罹患率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=55.483,P<0.001)。事件报告的2个高峰分别在2—5月和10—12月,共80起(91.95%)。不同县(区)之间的罹患率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1 134.887,P<0.001)。不同类型学校罹患率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=537.085,P<0.001)。结论 湖州市学校传染病突发公共卫生事件主要病种为流行性感冒和其他感染性腹泻病,春季和秋冬季为高发季节,小学和幼托机构是防控的重点场所。Objective This study was aimed at analyzing the epidemiological characteristics of public health infectious disease emergencies in schools during 2017-2023,to provide a reference for effective prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods Data on public health infectious disease emergencies in schools were collected and analyzed through descriptive epidemiological methods.Results A total of 87 public health infectious disease emergencies were reported in schools during 2017-2023,comprising 3534 reported cases and 121562 affected people.The attack rate was 2.91%.A total of 36 events of influenza(3.00%),15 events of varicella(2.60%),32 events of other infectious diarrhea(3.07%),3 events of hand foot mouth disease(2.23%),and 1 event acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis(0.49%)were identified,and the difference in incidence of five diseases was statistically significant(χ^(2)=55.483,P<0.001).The peak seasons were February to May,and October to December,with 80 cases(91.95%).The incidence significantly differed among regions(χ^(2)=1134.887,P<0.001)and school types(χ^(2)=537.085,P<0.001).Conclusions Influenza and other infectious diarrhea were the main infectious disease emergencies in schools in Huzhou City.Spring,autumn,and winter were the high-incidence seasons.Primary schools and kindergartens were the focus areas for prevention and control.
