摘 要:目的 探讨大学生正畸治疗的临床效果,以期更好地开展大学生正畸诊疗工作,增加患者的满意度。方法 回顾性分析31例大学生采取传统固定矫治技术完成正畸治疗的临床资料。比较分析患者治疗前、后的头影测量指标,包括蝶鞍中心-鼻根点-上牙槽座点角(SNA)、蝶鞍中心-鼻根点-下牙槽座点角(SNB)、上牙槽座点-鼻根点-下牙槽座点角(ANB)、眼耳平面-下颌平面角(FMA)、上中切牙长轴与SN平面下内角(U1-SN)、下中切牙长轴与下颌平面的后上交角(L1-MP)。采用SPSS 29.0软件包中配对t检验进行数据统计分析。结果 治疗前和治疗后U1-SN、L1-MP指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前和治疗后SNA、SNB、ANB、FMA差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 大学生患者应用固定矫治技术进行治疗,通过纠正上下切牙的唇倾度可以获得较好的临床效果。Objective This study investigated the clinical effects of orthodontic treatment in college students,to improve orthodontic diagnosis and treatment and to increase patient satisfaction.Methods A total of 31 college students who underwent traditional fixed orthodontic treatment were retrospectively studied.The cephalometric indexes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,including the sella center-nasal root-upper alveolar seat point angle(SNA),sella center-nasal root point-inferior alveolar seat point angle(SNB),upper alveolar seat point-nasal root point-inferior alveolar seat point angle(ANB),eye-ear plane-mandibular plane angle(FMA),upper central incisor long axis and SN plane inferior medial angle(U1-SN),and lower central incisor long axis and mandibular plane(L1-MP).The paired t-test in the SPSS 29.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.Results Significant differences were observed in U1-SN and L1-MP before and after treatment(P<0.05).No significant differences were observed in SNA,SNB,ANB,and FMA before versus after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion College students can achieve good clinical results when they are treated with fixed orthodontic technology.
