摘 要:随着现代体育科技的飞速发展,高校田径训练也在不断追求创新与突破。在众多训练方法中,动态可控式训练法凭借其独特优势,逐渐赢得了教练员和运动员的青睐。该文旨在概述动态可控式训练法的核心意义及作用,并提出其在高校田径训练中的具体应用策略:构建并优化田径动态可控式训练模式;利用生物力学原理进行科学分析与调整;引入心理学原理,掌握运动员心理动态;结合营养学知识,促进运动员成长进步;打破学科与领域间的界限。同时,该文还对应用动态可控式训练法时需要注意的事项进行了深入探讨,旨在为高校田径训练提供新的思路与参考。With the rapid development of modern sports technology,college athletic training is also constantly seeking innovation and breakthroughs.Among various training methods,the dynamic controllable training method has gradually won the favor of coaches and athletes due to its unique advantages.This article aims to outline the core significance and function of the dynamic controllable training method,and proposes specific application strategy for it in college athletic training:Construct and optimize the dynamic controllable training mode for athletics;Use Biomechanics to scientifically analyze and adjust;Introduce psychology principles to grasp the psychological dynamics of athletes;Integrating knowledge of nutrition to accelerate growth and progress of athletes;Break down the boundaries of disciplines and fields.At the same time,this article also deeply explores the precautions when applying the dynamic controllable training method,in order to provide new ideas and references for college athletic training.
