摘 要:随着康复医学的进步,收腹运动训练作为增强核心稳定性的重要方法,在脑卒中、腰痛、慢性肾病等疾病的康复治疗中日益受到关注。该文依据核心肌群力量和稳定性的评估结果,以及身体姿态和动作执行能力的评价,探讨了收腹运动训练的多种形式,包括基础收腹动作、平板支撑、俄罗斯转体等,并进一步分析了这些不同形式的收腹运动训练对骨科康复、神经康复、心肺康复的具体影响。With the development of Rehabilitation Medicine,abdominal exercise training,as a key means to enhance core stability,has been gradually paid attention to in the rehabilitation treatment of stroke,low back pain,chronic kidney disease.Based on the evaluation of core muscle strength and stability,body posture and movement execution ability,this paper discusses various forms of abdominal exercise training,such as basic abdominal exercise,plank support,Russian twist,etc.,and further analyzes the specific effects of different forms of abdominal exercise training on orthopedic rehabilitation,neurological rehabilitation and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
