摘 要:该文从体医融合的视角出发,探讨了普通高校体育教师体育保健知识结构的构建与优化问题。通过对体医融合的内涵及其重要性进行阐述,该文分析了当前普通高校体育教师体育保健知识结构的现状,并指出了其中存在的问题。在体医融合的背景下,借助问卷调查方法,该文揭示了体育教师在体育保健知识方面存在的缺陷,如特定领域专业知识的缺乏以及对医学和健康科学最新趋势的跟进不足等。基于这些发现,该文提出了一系列旨在改善体育教师体育保健知识结构的策略和建议,以期提升其综合知识水平,更好地满足学生的健康需求,推动当地体育教育的发展,搭建起体育科学与医学之间的知识桥梁,进而更好地服务于社会的健康与体育需求。From the perspective of the integration of sports and medicine,this paper discusses the problem of construction and optimization of the sports health care knowledge structure of college Physical Education(PE)teachers.By expounding the connotation and importance of the integration of sports and medicine,the current situation of the sports health care knowledge structure of college PE teachers are analyzed,and the existing problems are pointed out.Under the background of the"integration of sports and medicine",through questionnaire survey,the deficiencies of PE teachers in sports health knowledge are analyzed,such as the lack of professional knowledge in specific fields and the inability to keep up with the latest trends in medicine and health sciences.Based on this,a series of strategies and suggestions are put forward to improve the sports health care knowledge structure of PE teachers,so as to enhance their comprehensive knowledge level,better meet the health needs of students,promote the development of local physical education,establish a knowledge bridge between sports science and medicine,and better serve the social health and sports needs.
