摘　　要：广东体育产业呈现出蓬勃发展的态势,然而,高技能人才的培养仍面临教育与产业脱节的问题,导致现有人才难以满足体育市场的实际需求。该文基于产教融合的视角,深入剖析了广东体育高技能人才培养的实践历程,并提出构建价值共创联盟的校企合作新模式,旨在激发企业参与校企合作的积极性。建议将体育产业与教育、数字等相关行业进行深度融合,以培养具备创新能力的体育人才,并注重培育体育工匠精神,从而全面提升人才的核心职业素养。在此基础上,形成“产业、专业、企业、学业与职业”五位一体的互融互通育人路径,推动广东体育高技能人才培养模式的改革与创新。In Guangdong Province,the sports industry is showing a vigorous development trend,but the cultivation of high-skilled talents is still faced with the problem of a disconnection between education and industry,which makes it difficult for existing talents to meet the actual needs of the sports market.Based on the perspective of industry education integration,this study deeply analyzes the practical process of cultivating high-skilled sports talents in Guangdong,and proposes a new school-enterprise cooperation model to build a value co-creation alliance,aiming to stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school-enterprise cooperation.It is recommended to deeply integrate the sports industry with education,digital and other related industries to cultivate sports talents,and pay attention to cultivating the spirit of sports craftsmanship,so as to comprehensively enhance the core professional qualities of talents.On this basis,a five-in-one integrated and interconnected education path of"industry,profession,enterprise,education,and career"will be formed to promote the reform and innovation of Guangdong's sports high-skilled talent training model.
