体教融合视域下高职体育人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：传统的高职体育人才培养模式往往侧重于基础教学,而忽略了人才的全面发展,致使人才培养效果不尽如人意。因此,高职院校应从体教融合的视角出发,积极改革体育人才培养模式,以提升人才培养的质量。该文先对体育人才培养模式进行了简要概述,随后分析了高职体育人才培养模式中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了体教融合视域下高职体育人才培养模式的革新策略,包括:统一培养目标,加强顶层设计;深化校企合作,整合多方资源;创新教学方法,提高教学质量;搭建“课程实训+项目实践”平台,提升学生的实践能力等。Traditional higher vocational sports talent training modes focuse on basic teaching and neglects the all-round development of talents,which leads to unsatisfactory talent training results.Therefore,from the perspective of sports and education integration,higher vocational colleges should actively reform the sports talent training model to improve the quality of talent training.This paper briefly summarizes sports talent training mode,then analyzes the problems existing in higher vocational sports talent training model,and puts forward the innovation strategy of higher vocational sports talent training model from the perspective of sports and education integration,including:Unifying the training objectives and strengthening the top-level design;Deepening school-enterprise cooperation and integrate multiple resources;Innovating teaching methods and improve teaching quality;Building a platform of"course training+project practice"to improve students'practical ability.
