摘　　要：体教融合培养青少年竞技体育后备人才对于推动我国体育事业的持续发展和加快体育强国建设具有深远意义。该研究围绕青少年竞技体育后备人才培养中的体教融合动力因素进行了分析,具体包括:内部动力因素,即体育本真原生力和体、教系统内驱力;外部动力因素,即政策推动力、社会市场拉动力、群体需求带动力以及学术成果支撑力。It has profound significance to promote the sustainable development of China's sports industry and speed up the construction of sport spower to train youth reserve talents with the integration of sports and education.This study analyzes the dynamic factors of the integration of sports and education in the training of youth competitive sports reserve talents.Including:internal dynamic factors,that is,the original force of physical education,physical,teaching system;External dynamic factors,namely policy driving force,social market driving force,group demand driving force and academic achievements supporting force.
