摘  要:目的:探究情绪调节自我效能感在体育锻炼与心理健康之间的中介效应,并分析运动干预对大学生心理健康的影响。方法:采用体育锻炼量表、情绪调节自我效能感量表和心理健康水平量表进行测量研究;构建了运动干预实验方案,以探究不同运动干预的效果。结果:有氧慢跑组和球类运动组在实验后的心理健康水平与实验前相比,差异均具有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);情绪调节自我效能感在体育锻炼和心理健康之间的中介效应显著(95%CI:-0.297,-0.214),其中直接效应占比58.59%,中介效应占比41.41%。结论:定期参与体育锻炼能够显著促进大学生的心理健康状况,特别是在有氧慢跑和球类运动中观察到了显著的积极影响;体育锻炼通过情绪调节自我效能感的中介作用对心理健康产生正向影响。Objective:To explore the mediating role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy between physical exercise and mental health,and analyze the impact of exercise intervention on the mental health of college students.Methods Conduct measurement research using the Physical Exercise Scale,Regulatory Emotional Self Efficacy Scale,and Mental Health Level Scale;Construct a sports intervention experimental plan,to explore the effects of different sports interventions.Results:The differences in psychological health levels between the aerobic jogging group and the ball sports group after the experiment were statistically significant compared to before the experiment(P values<0.01);The mediating effect of regulatory emotional self-efficacy between the physical exercise and mental health was significant(95%CI:-0.297,-0.214),and the direct effect and mediating effect accounted for 58.59%and 41.75%,respectively.Conclusion:Regular physical exercise significantly promotes the mental health of college Students,especially in aerobic jogging and ball sports where significant positive effects have been observed;Physical exercise positively affects mental health through the mediating effect of regulatory emotion self-efficacy.
