摘　　要：编辑团队是高校社科学报发展的核心力量,一支具有凝聚力且高效的编辑团队是期刊持续、健康、稳定发展的根本,对期刊践行办刊宗旨、提高学术影响力和助力文化软实力建设具有关键性的作用。本文系统分析了高校社科学报编辑团队的重要性,探讨了基于文化自觉和文化自信的编辑团队素养提升向度,并在此基础上提出了提升编辑团队文化自觉和文化自信的可行性路径,以供借鉴。The editor team is the core force for the development of university journals of social science.A cohesive and efficient editor team is the foundation for the sustainable,healthy and stable development of the journal and meanwhile it plays a crucial role in fulfilling the journal’s mission,promoting academic influence and supporting the cultural soft power construction.This paper systematically analyzes the significance of the editor team of university journals of social science and explores the improvement orientation of editor team literacy based on the cultural consciousness and cultural confidence,furthermore proposing feasible paths to boost editor team’s cultural consciousness and cultural confidence for reference.
