摘　　要：目的探讨蒲楝清化汤内服联合中药保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛的效果。方法选取2022年5月至2024年3月于昆明市中医医院妇科门诊就诊的72例湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(36例,蒲楝清化汤内服联合中药保留灌肠治疗)和对照组(36例,抗生素口服治疗)。比较两组中医证候积分、盆腔痛评分及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组中医证候积分、盆腔痛评分比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分、盆腔痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论蒲楝清化汤内服联合中药保留灌肠治疗湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗慢性盆腔痛效果确切,能改善中医证候和盆腔疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of Pulian Qinghua Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with accumulation and stasis of damp heat type.Methods From May 2022 to March 2024,72 chronic pelvic pain patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with accumulation and stasis of damp heat type who were treated in the gynecological clinic of Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group(36 cases,treated with oral administration of Pulian Qinghua Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema)and control group(36 cases,treated with oral antibiotics).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pelvic pain score and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and pelvic pain score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and pelvic pain score in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of Pulian Qinghua Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema is effective in treating chronic pelvic pain of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with accumulation and stasis of damp heat type,and can improve traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and pelvic pain.
