摘　　要：目的观察穴位贴敷联合阿奇霉素颗粒治疗小儿支气管肺炎的效果及对血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法按随机数字表法将济宁市中医院儿科于2021年8月至2023年8月收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿分为两组,每组43例。对照组给予阿奇霉素颗粒,观察组给予穴位贴敷联合阿奇霉素颗粒,比较两组的临床疗效、症状消退情况、血清炎症因子水平、不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率比对照组高,治疗后的C反应蛋白、白介素-6水平及白细胞计数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组咳嗽、肺部啰音、发热及气促缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用穴位贴敷联合阿奇霉素颗粒治疗支气管肺炎患儿,能够减轻机体炎症反应,促进症状缓解。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with Azithromycin Granules in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children and its influence on serum inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 86 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Jining Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were divided into two groups using random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin Granules,while the observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with Azithromycin Granules.The clinical efficacy,symptom resolution,serum inflammatory factor levels and incidence of adverse react ions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 levels and white blood cell count after treatment were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The remission time of cough,pulmonary rales,fever and shortness of breath in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and Azithromycin Granules in the treatment of children with bronchopneumonia can reduce the inflammatory response of the body and promote the relief of symptoms.
